A gentle but effective treatment using tuning forks and crushed quartz singing bowls to balance the nervous system and work with bones and energy. Coherent frequency waves are transferred directly into your body as well as through the surrounding layers of your body’s auric fields. The aim is to open and balance the chakra system and allow your body to harmonize any inherent, unresolved dissonance from past or present trauma.
Women’s Health - Pelvic Stabilization
Taking into consideration the cyclical mobility and function of the uterus and the impact that has on surrounding structures including abdominal and pelvic floor musculature, ligaments, bones as well as the urinary bladder and other pelvic organs. This treatment can help with PMS symptoms and general discomfort before, during and after a woman’s cycle.
Jaw and Neck Pain - Temporomandibular Joint Release Therapy (TMJ)
If you’re experiencing frequent pain or stiffness in your jaw, head, neck, ears, or face, TMJ Therapy can really help release the muscles of the face, neck and jaw to alleviate these symptoms. In some cases, additional intraoral muscle release is also used to release some of the deeper muscles used for chewing to provide relief.
Joint Dysfunction - Movement Fusion
If you are having difficulty performing certain movements either on the mat, at the gym, or in your sport, this treatment will get you moving better through a greater range of motion and support you with a take home movement practice to engrain the new pattern of mobility. Your therapist will watch you move through your challenging movement pattern, identify the areas of collapse and apply manual releasing techniques to unlock the joint and balance the movement. A dysfunctional joint usually presents with either weakness, instability, a blocked feeling or pain.
