If you are having difficulty performing certain movements either on the mat, at the gym, or in your sport, this treatment will get you moving better through a greater range of motion and support you with a take home movement practice to engrain the new pattern of mobility.  Your therapist will watch you move through your challenging movement pattern, identify the areas of collapse and apply manual releasing techniques to unlock the joint and balance the movement.  A dysfunctional joint usually presents with either weakness, instability, a blocked feeling or pain.
